GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

ACP will not be responsible for damage inside the curb of property line, delays including those caused by improper scheduling. Operators will make every effort to place concrete when, where, and how contractor / homeowner designates, but ACP will not be responsible and is not liable for any damages on property. 

 

Contractor / homeownerʻs are responsible for providing a safe compacted area free from overhead power lines, underground utilities and voids for pumps to set up on. Contractor / homeowner must provide a tow out if the truck or pump gets stuck. 

 

Contractor / homeowner must provide running water to pump from start to finish of the job. 

 

Contractor / homeownerʻs  must provide a pumpable mix that is designed for line size, slump, temperature, and time of batch. ACP can and will deny pumping any mix that will put equipment at risk. ACP will also NOT be held responsible for any back charges due to non pumpable mixes. 

 

ACP will NOT accept any back charges for occasional mechanical breakdowns on pumps or trucks. ACP will only be responsible for our days worth of work. 

 

Contractor / homeownerʻs is responsible for providing materials not limited to priming, hopper overflow, and washing out of the pump and accessories. ACP will not be responsible for removing concrete waste from any work site.

 

Contractor / homeowner will be charged a $100 fee for any returned checks on top of bills that have already occurred. Outstanding bills need to be paid in full within two weeks from the last pump job, if not there will be a $10 per day charge added to the total bill.
